Curly questions in Banks Peninsula

On June 9, the Rod Donald Banks Peninsula Trust and the Walking Access Commission organised a Curly Questions seminar at Kaituna Homestead.

The seminar, targeted at landholders on the Peninsula along with local and central government representatives, was an opportunity to ask questions relating to public access and the many walking tracks on private land that currently exist.

The seminar had a particular focus on health and safety, and the obligations on landholders who allow for public access through their land.

You can read a full report from the seminar, and view presentation slides, by downloading the below PDF document.
